Returns

Return instructions will be sent to your registered email address after you have contacted a K&J Supplies consultant.  You will be given a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please do not just send goods back, we will not be able to match the item to your payment or process your return and your item will be lost. Return instructions will be unique in each case.

We happily accept returns.

1. Change of mind. A K&J Supplies consultant must be contacted within 7 days of placing your order. The goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. The buyer will be required to pay the return-shipping fee and the initial shipping fee. These 2 shipping fees cannot be refunded.

If you change your mind while the product is in transit, these 2 shipping fees will also need to be covered by the purchaser.

2.  Warranty Claim. Contact K&J Supplies immediately. For a full warranty description please go to k&jsupplies.com/warranty.

3. Transit damage.  Should this unlikely event occur, please contact K&J directly as soon as you can. Product and package images will be required. Please photograph your item as soon as you notice damage or suspect possible damage. 

Care must be taken when re-packing a product ready for return. Please remember that these items will be processed and freighted across the country. Poor re-packing may result in damage to the product. If this occurs the buyer may be charged for damages or repairs to an item that has been damaged in return transit. This will be taken into account when processing the return. Let’s ensure the best possible outcome and pack well.

In instances where it has been agreed and confirmed via email that K&J Supplies will organize our shipping carrier for you to return your order, the shipment fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Only freight shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount. No process and handling fees with apply.
